The creation of a regional carbon market through the ACCF will play a key role in accelerating climate action across Southeast Asia. This RFQ seeks a supplier to support Malaysia in this initiative by establishing the governance structure and institutional framework for the ACCF, as well as enhancing regional understanding of the ACCF's potential as a carbon market policy. Key activities will include conducting demand scoping activities, and designing, facilitating and delivering a series of capacity building trainings and a workshop.
